In July of 2023, Tim and Carlie Antes purchased the local Do it Best Hardware Store from Gene Mercer. With the help of their amazing family, loyal employees, and countless friends, they were able to open the doors to "Antes Family Hardware" on Black Friday of 2023.
Though it wasn't our lifelong dream to enter the hardware business, we have always been steadfast believers in community. We feel strongly that keeping this business alive remains vital to the livelihood of the Syracuse area. We are so grateful to all who have supported in our journey to make everyday necessities available locally.
